Tool Tube Fitting

hi peeps, looking for some ideas on fitting this tool tube to my GSA (Not LC) ideally without drilling holes, someone did say P clips?
Any advice would be great

Looked at these in the tractor shop and for what they are, they're heavy. Those document holders behind the number plate look better and tidier.
