BMW did a run of them recently and they sold out almost instantly, so there must be someone in China or India or wherever who has the tooling to make them!
Try a deep search on the dark web or Alibaba? and the will probably find them selling them direct.
You might have to buy 50 or 60 at a time but that will probably not cost a lot more the BMW were charging for one!
