R1100GS pillion pegs

Hi I've a 99 r1100gs with touratech zegas on it ,problem is when my g/f is pillion she's finding her legs get sore after a while as the pegs are too low for her to brace against ?? Yeah I know weird eh ...! Usually it's folk complaining they're too high ..any hoo just wondering how I could raise the pegs up say an inch or two and still use the cases ?? Cheers

I reversed the plates that are mounted to the subframe and put the right peg on the left, left on the right mount for my daughter to reach the pegs. This raised them by a few inches and set them further back, might be worth trying. Not sure if the zegas will work with them like this though, I know that the Vern's didn't. It's free though and might help determine how far you need to go. You'll need some spacers (washers work) to make it work though.
