Tall rider recommendations

Good Morning,

I recently purchased a 2005 R1200GS and I am over the moon with it. Out of curiosity do any of you know if a higher seat is available for it? I currently have the standard seat set to the highest setting. I'm 6"5 by the way and need all the leg room available.

GSA seat is a little higher. I think you can also get footrest lowering kits.

I have an adventure seat on mine which has a bit more padding

Lower footrests are an option but be warned that you may need to extend levers to get the same effort out of them

Also check that seat is set in highest position.

I'm 6'8" with a 36" leg.. I found the seat on the highest setting just fine. ( Was a GSA though )

SW Motech do footrest lowering kits if you need more.

All seats interchangeable 2005-2012 (GS) and up to 2013 (GSA).
