Arrrgh!
Knocked off the bike today on a roundabout - my 17 plate bike is on the floor with quite a bit of all round damage & I'm no bones broken, but headaches, sore hip, sore wrist, back feels like i've been kicked by a donkey, but I'm all in one piece.
The lady motorist is very sorry, accepts full responsibility, and phones her insurers to admit liability.
Am i best to deal with her insurers direct (Tesco on this occasion) and let them deal with it, or do I go through my own insurers, and let them work on my behalf.
Advice please would be greatly appreciated.
