Anybody else suffer from a loss of feeling in the nutsack after around 50 miles? Or is it just me?

It’s a bit odd when you need to pee - feels like holding a dead mans penis..

Check out the pudendal nerve. The childbirth stuff is interesting but unlikely to be a ball sack owner’s problem.

It might be bike seat design, too much pedal cycling, back problems (saddle anaesthesia is a low level disc prolapse symptom) or more serious.
Medical or spinal specialist advice advised.

Similar distance on my Husky and I get the same.

I did consider looking into different seats but decided to leave it in the end as I quite like it. Rather than fantasising about holding a dead man's penis I prefer to imagine it's the Holy Spirit holding mine.
Actually, maybe that's the answer to your woes? Maybe you just need to re-imagine what's happening when you go for a piss? :)

Not trying to be a doctor, but it is quite common, the way you are sitting is the problem, it is just called crotch pressure, try a pair of bicycle shorts padded, or something like a gel pad to get the pressure off the area, and you will be fine, you will be here for a while yet. :beerjug:

My pushbike seats have a hole in the middle for exactly this reason. I suggest you take a stanley knife to your saddle ....
