I need an old drive-side crankshaft roller bearing from a Triumph T120/T140/TR6. I only need the inner race which will be ground down to make a sleeve for a Honda crank so condition is unimportant. Anyone got an old one kicking about?

That looks perfect, can you confirm it's 1 1/8" (28mm) internal diameter?

Thanks to notagser I now have the means to repair my CB450K crankshaft. :thumb

This is the damaged section of the crank, the bike had been sat outside for quite some time with one of the spark plugs removed and the engine had filled with water and had seized solid. Fortunately the rest of the crankshaft is in perfect condition.

The rollers had corroded and wrecked the main bearing journal.

The Triumph bearing inner race is the perfect size to reclaim the crank journal.

A few minutes work on the bench grinder and I now have this :-

The original journal will be ground down to an interference fit with the Triumph inner race, which will then be pressed onto the crank. The outer diameter can then be ground back to original size, crankshaft reclaimed and job done. :thumb
