Just had a call from Simon and unfortunately he's had to pull out for personal reasons so there's a place going if anyone wants it.

Si had already booked and paid for his flight, perhaps that could be transferred to someone else?

Sorry to hear Si won't be joining us Tim. I hope all is okay with him. I can't wait for the trip!

Right chaps, I've just sent out an email to all those definitely going.

A couple of riders have had to drop out and although we don't want the numbers going to be too high, a few others have expressed a real interest but I really need to hear from them soonish as getting the paperwork for shipping etc. etc. is looming fast

I’ve been on two trips with the guys and I’ve loved every minute, even the rain, the only negative is seeing Hatto in his underpants first thing in the morning.
The cost?? It isn’t cheap to go to Iceland, so remember that and don’t moan about it. This sort of trip is the most cost effective way to see a beautiful country with fantastic people on your own bike.
    Hi Mark....hope ya well...
I keep looking and fancying this...problem is I’ve got the GSA and a KTM 1290 super adventure s...... are they too big ...?

    Cheers

For this year's trip I'd say those bikes are fine.

If I run one next year it with be a more 'intense ride' again so although those bikes are reasonably capable it depends on your own experience
