I'm confused as to whether I can put Canada on my Nav V ?

When I go into Basecamp I can see Canada but not in any detail (specifically Toronto).

I even looked at buying Canada but it seems impossible to purchase a Canada map for my device ?

Is it me or is everything difficult with Garmin ?

When I visited Canada, I bought the North America SD Card for my 660. Worked fine. Cost about £60.
Sold it again when I got back for nearly what I paid for it.

Think they only do "N. America" and not a separate "Canada" card so might be same for the downloads.

How is a man suppose to know Canada is in "N. America" when he hasn't got a GPS map to tell him?

As per your other thread, you can download free detailed maps of Canada (indeed most of the world) from Open Street Maps. There are lots of very good websites, tutorial videos (and pages on this forum) on how to get the maps up and running on your PC or Mac either in BaseCamp or Mapsource and / or into your GPS device.
