Ducati 250 Desmo Rebuild

What a fabulous bike and thread! Thank Ebbo for the time and effort taken to post.

One small thing for me though is all the videos won't play and come up as "private". I know this is Italian two-wheeled porn but really??
I want to see/hear the wee beastie run! :blast

The new V5 arrived in this mornings post. She's now officially back to being GWF 131N, also on the V5 is the original date of first registration 18-10-1974 so the DVLA do have access to the old paper records!

So that is I think the end of the regestration saga

PS, videos should now be working :thumb2

I still can't believe this is the same box of bit's that was pictured at the start of the thread, an amazing bit of work and an enjoyable thread to have been following.

I wish I could start it all again because it would be so much easier knowing what I do now

18-10-1974....I was JUST 17......Wish I knew..:blagblah :blagblah

The V5 finishes it off nicely.....:)

I was just 18 and bought an RD350b instead (it was the right thing to do at the time)

Another thing I've just noticed on the V5, it's described as yellow, that too must be from the original document because I called it orange

Nope, yellow definitely, it must be your eyes getting older - I too was just seventeen in '74, definitely made a bad move for my first 250! :)
