    Garmisch accommodation

    Hi

If anyone was waiting to search for accommodation in Garmisch for the 2018 rally, you may struggle.

After several hours searching the various sites, we settled for an apartment in the town centre.

Previously the local tourist office has sourced hotel rooms.

Last time we went, one chap we were chatting to was staying in the next village along. The hotel gave him a pushbike to use. Rather amusing watching him wobble off.

I'm staying near Garmisch on the Sunday night and have just realized that Motorrad Days is on that weekend. If I turn up at around 14.00 on the Sunday will there still be plenty to see and what time does it normally close on the Sunday?
