    Hard drive to USB adapter

Having just wasted too much time using a cheap caddy/connector to no avail i.e. It was junk.
Can anyone recommend a decent one that works please ?
    Cheers

Do you need it to keep? or just borrow for a while? I have one and am passing Penrith next Monday, does SATA and IDE to USB, you could just stick it in the post whenever you are done with it.

    Hi
Thanks for the offer but was going to use an external drive but don't know how often. Just looking for a guide as to some makes that function and aren't crap!
However if you need a comfort break on your journey give me a shout. I'm only 5 mins from J40.

    These are pretty good https://www.amazon.co.uk/Inateck-Doc...s=usb+hdd+dock

Inateck are a decent brand for this kind of thing. It's a little more expensive, but you can just dock / undock drives at will.
