Hi All,

I'm trying to wire a Garmin to my F800GS. While doing so, I found this connector coming from the loom near the battery. Any ideas on what it is? Can I connect my sat nav to it?

If thats the one that sat flat, with a blanking cap on, then yes its the GPS connector, switched.

I connected my Garmin 350LM to this connector and discovered that the battery was flat after not using my bike. Wollaston collected the bike and found discovered that the there was a quirk in the 350LM which does not switch off the cable therefore draining the battery. The cable was reconnected to the battery and no problems since then.
