I have fairly good travel experience , but it has mostly been on the bike , where getting lost or going the wrong way up a
one way street wasnt a big deal . But now , i find i need a more defined direction . I may well take to the Wheel .
In quite a long while i have seldom been anywhere , and i cant see this changing .
Recently whilst reading an incoming itinerary , and calculating drivers hours i notice a section of a Tour will need covered .
I think i would like to cover it , i think .
But i cant Faff about as i would have done on the bike i need to know . End of . I expect professionalism , so i need to
display it .................. So , nice and quitely , i am in the Market for a GPS ,, Needs to be suitable for Commercial vehicles ,
and Needs to be simple to use . Ireland , UK , Europe .
Any pointers would be appreciated ,,,,,

I've stopped using SatNav specific devices and now use my phone - a Samsung Galaxy running CoPilot. I find it better than the Garmin Nav IV I had. All the maps are stored on the phone and the phone has a proper GPS chip.

I may have a truck one around somewhere

its a chinese clone - well specced but not the best

let me go rummaging and i'll get back to you
