My Cardo Scala Rider is only 4 years old, and has only been used for about 7k miles. It charges ok and works ok, but now only lasts a couple of hours before it shuts down due to having a low battery.

Has anyone had the same, or actually replaced the battery? I’ve seen a few bits on YouTube but haven’t seen what I’d say is the definitive solution. Any info would be much appreciated.

Cheers... TIA

Bump as same issue except mine now
Only lasts 20mins!

Also interested, as my Q1 is not lasting as long. Get may be 3 hours of listening to music before it dies.

I had the same issue on my Q3. Bought a replacement battery from Amazon I think and swapped out the old for the new.
30 min job as long as your OK with soldering (not a difficult job but you'll need a small vice or steady extra pair of hands. Possibly also need some magnification as the wires are small).
The battery comes with some little plastic tools to prize the Q3 casing apart.
Good as new, mine now lasts a full 8 to 10 hours between charges.
