GS Basic Kalahari - some advice needed

Looking gorgeous Mickey it seems such a damn shame to take it on the road when its finished

Made an executive decision and stripped the carbs.
Better to sort them now than have problems and delays when the bike is nearly finished and have to remove them again:thumb
As it turns out,a very good call.knackered float valves, damaged gaskets and a right good clean needed

Only joking,
We have an aquablast cabinet.
It basically recycles a slurry of glass bead and water with a big pump, then at the nozzle ,high pressure air is pipe’d in
So it’s like a big ,really high pressure bath tap.
Tis very good,and very expensive,,:D
In addition to the blast equipment you also need a really big compressor

Had a lovely day out yesterday to Melton Mowbray to pick the bike up. One very happy customer - the bike sounds and rides beautifully.

I was kept up to date with progress and pics at all times, costs came in as expected. What more do you want - friendly, welcoming, highly skilled & knowledgeable.

Thanks Lads!
