Wanted ,para Gs

We decided to relocate the oil cooler,as the bike won’t be having crashbars.
Also the shock arrived:cool:
Rebuilt bevel also fitted,
And a funky migsel stand as the standard one is crap, and mounted on the engine bar.

Mike, which pivot bearings are you using for the swing arm / bevel box ? Looks like those are the phosphor-bronze type that MWorks sell, judging by the grease nipples visible,? I used those for a short time (just a few thousand miles), and they were badly scored when I took them apart, so returned them to MWorks as unsuitable! Have you had problems with them- I certainly won't be using them again. Just interested to hear how others have found them to wear etc.

Hi roger,
I have fitted lots of them and not had a single problem,
That said, this week I have received both an email and a letter advising of a recommended service procedure for them,ie greasing them every 6k Miles iirc.
They also sent a pack of stickers with the relevant info,
I’ll post a pic of one tommorrow,
It’s worth bearing in mind that on installation the upgrade does not have preload like the standard taper roller bearings but has a small amount of end float instead

You are such a clever fucker, Mikeyboy...love watching these threads. Pure artistry.

I’ve not forgotten about this one,
But it kind of stalled a bit.
Chris tunner was doing the paint for the bike
These are the last pics I got from him,two days before he passed away.
Its all paint,no stickers here fella:bow
