Anyone here found Bluetooth comms systems were not for them and gone back to hard wired Autocom ? I'm thinking of going back to my old Super Pro AVi installation. I can't seem to get the Bluetooth system set up properly.

A little bit more info might help :)

What comms set up / phone / gps etc

some units are known to be problematic, some have work arounds

The BT system is Scala Rider Q3, only got it a year or so ago and used for one trip. Anything that comes from the sat nav (Zumo 660) sounds like it's in a bucket and we can't get the vox sensitivity right. It's either on with wind noise or you have to shout to activate it. Annoying because the old Autocom was great. I just thought wireless was the way forward but in the event have been disappointed. We only use the kit for sat nav and intercom, no music or phones.

Its the Zumo. The Scala Q3 works great.
