Intercom / bike 2 bike F650

Advice please.

I would like to fit Intaride bike 2 bike hard wired on a 2002 F650.

From what I gather, the control unit needs to go under the seat however I suspect the radio will need to go somewhere else. Is it likely that it will fit in the little cubby hole in by the rear grab handles.

What I want to achieve is a fully hard wired system that turns on when the ignition does (my girlfriend faffs enough as it is), with a remote antenna.

Ny info or pictures would be really good.

I was looking for a similar solution with Kenwwods and my better halfs Autocom.

My advice....

try your remote antenna set up for performance before drilling or installing anything. I found that my radios were less performant with a a remote setup.

For info. Maplin do a min-mag bnc antenna for about 15 quid...
