Know a Black Forest hotel - eastern side?

Looking for a different place to stop this year. Preferably somewhere quiet, bike friendly and serves Weissbier :-)

Any recommendations before I take a punt?

    Cheers

Stayed here a few years back, had a great biergarten, and Weissbier.

I like the Waldblick in Schenkenzell. Comfortable. Good food. Run by bikers. Weissbeer on tap.

Thanks Smogbob. Looks a tad far south. The plan is to get there in one day (in time to enjoy the view and a beer!). But have a closer look when home.

Thanks for this one. A fraction closer to Smogbob's suggestion. As above, I'll take a closet look when I get home.

    Cheers

Looks nice; I'll make a note of that one.

It’s OK for one night but there is little to feck all else in the village. Pick one of the nearby local larger towns, if staying for longer or you fancy going out. Either way, you won’t be short of choice.
