Hi does anyone know of a top yoke from any other bmw r or k range fit? It's so I can put normal handle bars on and remove the cast alloy originals,any and all help appreciated,regards Ivor.

Pretty sure it can be done. I got an 1100GS top yoke with my R850R when I bought it but my 2001 bike has the later instrument cluster with the switches that come over the yoke and I didn’t want to change the instruments. I bought a superbike conversion kit that bolts to the original bar bolt holes. Not cheap, but I was very happy with the ergonomic change. I will be selling the bike when I get home as I have bought a lighter F650CS
