Which mirrors do folk recommend

Which mirrors do folk find work best, I’m after something stock looking, that don’t fold when flat out and can take a few knocks, The last two sets ive tried have ended up being repaired a few times and glued solid to stop them folding which then means one knock and the cases are cracked!
 
As per istanbulian also (on my xchallenge and other trail bikes) Handy to fold them out of the way when required etc.

I have tried the double take ram mount type, but on prolonged bumpy trails they never held in their position.
 
Does anyone know what the standard mirror to bar mount thread sizes are, Im currently travelling and would love to order the bits up and have them ready to fit uppn my return, thanks again
 
I fitted the mirrors from the LC GS to my XCountry. They were a vast improvement.
