So neither of my Freecom 4s would connect to the app and at the retailers suggestion I attempted to update the firmware.
Downloaded the program, connected to the website and all seemed well.
Language Pack installed 100%, but then I get:
"Firmware Upgrade failed Error #D02"
Click 'OK' and then:
"No device detected (Error #E01)"
Both devices now completely inert showing a constant red light, can't be switched on or off nor connect to either the update page nor the iPhone app.
Anybody have a clue?
