With guidance from the numerous excellent posts on the subject of ABS and Servo removal I decided to do the same on my 2003 1150GS, the ABS was faulty when I bought the bike, the servo annoyed me and left me apprehensive in case it failed mid-ride.

I used the no-wire-cut method, keeping the servo electronics intact. I decided to draw up a 3D cover for the electronics unit in Google Sketch-up and then 3D printed it. If anyone has access to 3D printing facilities and would like to do the same then P.M. me and I will send the 3D files....

Cheers
Simon

Hi Simon, send a "friend" request, It seems I am unable to send a PM, would love to have the drawings for the ABS 3D print cover.

SimonFE, I would like to buy one from you if you’d be willing to make one for me. I don’t have 3D printing capability myself. Please could you PM me and let me know?

I need one also.

stainless or plastic, I have friends with 3D printers if that helps.

currently running a few ziplock bags over it haha

I'm in the same boat, a bag with a zip tie on my 1100s, so I too would be interested in buying one if printed a small batch of them.
