Hi there,

New here and proud owner of a wethead GS.

The find.

Didn't want to damage my garage floor so put a foam tile under the center stand. Then I found 180 turns are really easy. So if you ddon't have a lot of room and want to 180 your bike, grab a tile. Made a vid so you know what I am talking about:

I don't know about THE police, but I am known by some of them at least. They didn't comment on my looks.
 
Great idea, just need to tile the garage floor now or keep the bike in the kitchen!!:thumby:

That would work if I had a flat tiled garage floor. Unfortunately, mine is uneven old concrete. Welcome.

You don't have to tile the whole garage. 4 30x30 tiles will suffice. :D

Thanks for the tip, I used to do that with two of my Ducati’s on the side stand after I saw a dealer doing it.
