Bought from Made in Italy Motorcycles in Stowmarket and have had a pleasant day riding it around the lanes of Suffolk.

It started its life in Italy in February 1973 and has spent most of its time sitting in a collection/stored in a barn :nenau in Northern Italy... (you choose ;))

Only 18k km on it so its just been run in and is unrestored and in original condition. :)

The old girl handles surprisingly well given her age (new modern tyres help).

The love affair starts here. :bounce1

Silentium exhausts? Go and buy some Lafranconi replacements immediately :rob

Lovely original condition - keep it as is.

Lurvely bike - don’t spoil it - they look great as is especially that colour and all the better for some patina rather than showroom pony. Wish I had one....

Pair of decent pipes (you can always put the old ones back on) to give it a bit more ‘soul’ . The alternators were a bit of a weak spot if I remember - but easily replaceable. Don’t know if you can also fit a deeper sump like you can with Lemans.....

Enjoy - just love Guzzis - ‘proper bikes’.

It’s the original patina. Very rare these days when so many have industrial deep cleansing equipment. :hippy

The original bill of sale from 24/02/1973.

It cost 1.5 million lira. Any idea what that was in Sterling back then?

Probably about 50 quid or something? :D

Lovely Tricky, enjoy it. :beerjug:
