    UK VPN

We finally got an email from BT regarding sharing and copying copyrighted material
I like to DLoad TV episodes of some UK and US series for watching in large batches through EZTV.

So, it is time to invest in a VPN suitable for use in the UK. What is best available for us and the average annual cost?

Do these VPN's work all the time in the background or when only accessing prohibited sites?

    Thanks

A vpn you can have it running all the time, or just turn it on when you need to download, IpVanish quite easy to use, and decent price.

I was in Austria and wanted to watch the rugby on ITV. Signed up to express vpn for 1 month only. Online in 5 minutes, and worked very well. Great price and no mess with rebilling , selling extras etc.

A mate of mine, who streams all sorts of crap via Kodi (don't know when he will ever have the time to watch most of it), uses ExpressVPN currently.
