    Dimensional planning free software.

With the overall size of our bathroom measured, what is the best software which is mainly for two rooms available; gratis?

I want to design a plan and elevation view of new bathroom layouts to scale. See what fittings are available via internet, bath store or B&Q for example, superimpose sizes onto drawing to get an understanding how it will fit and function.

This is all instead of a new shiny 2019 1250GSA. So I will have to wring out more life from my 2002 1150GSA.

Sketchup is about as easy as it gets and is pretty good for what you are looking to do. https://www.sketchup.com/products/sketchup-free

Another option for 2d would be draw.io it's like visio so you could create all your cabinets as stencils and then simply move them around until it fits.

Done. Download Waschsalon to the iPad. A German company but in English. Create in 2D which will in turn show as a 3D layout.
If no good, I will try the others.

Didn't see the ipad requirement so mine are useless to you although draw.io can be used on the Web.
