Popped in for petrol yesterday and got 22 liters of 98 using the pay at pump option. Pressed for a receipt but no joy. Hey ho, it was busy so rode away. Checked the bank account today and I was charged £44.80. IIrc the pump price was £1.28. It's now in the hands of the bank to sort out.

So pay at the counter folks, it's less hassle in the long run!

Did you pay by card?

Theres been a glitch in some card payment transactions and loads have people have been billed once but charged twice. All the big banks are aware and will be refunding accordingly

At some Stations, if a pump is out of paper, or the printer is jammed, you can insert the same card at an adjacent pump to get your receipt. Saves going to the counter, if there is a queue.
