Rough idle and idle rev increase.

Bike doing weird things. Runs fine while riding but occasionally has a rough idle. Sounds like it's not firing on RHS. Sometimes while running roughly the idle speed will increase but itself to about 2.5k for a moment. Throttle cables appear to be seated correctly.
