    Autumn's Glory

    Well it was such a nice day, I had a run around the Howardian Hills of Yorkshire, this afternoon

    Iirc, the term is old English usage for "autumn". Got taken over with the Pilgrims etc and stuck. We, on the other hand moved on as we tend to do in English and started using "autumn".

    Indeed, started off with a heavy mist this morning, soon cleared and out broke the wonderful sunshine

    Additionally I have been doing plenty of foraging too, lately.................some walnuts last weekend, a rare treat
