In about 1997 I sold my Pepsi RG500 Gamma with 3000 miles for £3000, just because I wasn't using it, and already had the Honda.

On Sunday at Bonham's Vintage, Classic and Collectors auction (Stafford Bike Show) a Pepsi RG500 was presented and sold at £13800, despite being a bit tatty now

I thought the reg looked familiar, and sure enough...

Look at the size of those indicators. 10mph+ without them.

I had the same with a £25k VW camper I sold for £1000 years before.

Lost a dealer's trade plate off the back of one at around 140mph somewhere near Oxford when they first came out. Oops.
Doubt I would fit on one now!

A friend of mine bought a Brough Superior SS80 in 1986 for £1500 which at the time he thought was a little steep, he still has it,now valued at £80,000.

Hold on don’t feel 2 bad. How much would it have cost just to keep the bike? JJH
