    DashCam video to HD portable via iPad

    How's it done?

    Riding bike and filming to helmet cam... Need to store footage to portable HDD via iPad to reuse SD card.

    wireless hard drive, that has a card reader slot and is controlled by the ipad...? for all that hassle you might as well have a proper laptop....

    Thanks Andi.. probably the solution, but 2 weeks riding would cost a bit in cards.

    I carry iPad anyway. HDD is a small item too.
    Just need a solution of getting one to the other... Nobody seems to make a device yet
