My daughter is complaining that she’s finding it uncomfortable leaning/resting on the 1150 GSA top box. I’ve asked if she can lean forward a bit but she prefers to hold the grab rail than hold on to me. Any recommendations for DIY or off the shelf back rest pads? I’ve googled it but not come up with anything other than a dog ugly one on eBay. I was just thinking of Velcro and a Cushion of some kind. Just wondered if the UKGSER massive had done anything similar over the years.

A square of high density foam/memory foam stuck on with velco could do the trick....

Stick a back protector in her jacket or get one that you wear like a rucksack

2 birds 1 stone ;)

Good call. I’ll check the jacket but I’d be surprised if there’s not on in the Streetguard jacket - second hand to me but £500+ new !!!

Have a word with Bernie at Stahlkoffer. He makes a back rest with adjustable straps for his top box which I reckon will fit a 1150 top box.
