Schuberth Concept Helmet?

Schubeth..

:(

I found the lugs either side, on top of the visor were the culprit..

if i covered them with my hand...the noise was considrably less.

Until you hit the ground, presumably......

ditto Simon

I echo what Simon says about the Concept.
I too get the tapping/tinkling sound at the top of my helmet and find the noise almost unbearable at times even with earplugs in.
He is right too about the peripheral vision being the best but this is, in part, achieved by making the helmet significantly bigger in certain areas than most other helmets so it does look quite large on ones head.
I'll be going down the syncrotec route as soon as finances allow.

I covered the visor release black plastic bit with a piece of gaffer tape and it suddenly got a fair bit quieter:)

Arai Tourx

Simon, I would value your thoughts on the Arai as soon as you've given it a good try out (if you eventually buy one that is!!).

Don't worry we'll get them:D

Always been happy with my Concept but I always wear earplugs, except for the short hops near home. I got a bag of EAR Supersoft plugs from my local dealer (packaged from Motrax) for 26 pairs for £5.99. They are incredibly quiet & comfy.
