I saw a recent thread advertising a GPS mount for an XCountry for sale and a couple of members wanting it, so I thought I'd post a pic of my solution.

I used a RAM ball handlebar clamp bolt to replace one of the bolts on my Barkbuster mount and fitted a long RAM arm to that. I then fitted a RAM ball to the back of my Nav IV mount. That enabled me to get my GPS pretty much where I wanted it above the intstrument panel and behind the flyscreen.

It looks like a neat solution. Is there much vibration?
