Hi
Anybody tried Ktm heated grips v Oxford, any advise would be much appreciated.
Many thanks.

I’d go for the KTM ones. I have KTM ones on the 1290 and Oxford ones on my work bike. Oxford ones are too bulky and take some getting used too. Oxford are hotter, in fact too hot, can’t use them at more than about 40% heat, bit mad.

KTM ones are spot on for me

Yes, Oxford are much hotter, KTM ones integrate nicely.

Had KTM grips on my 1190 and 1090 with Oxford on my V-Strom commuter and the Mrs TDM, the Oxfords we used had 5 settings, the KTM ones had 3 settings, pretty much equal to about the 1st 3 settings on the Oxford ones, although I found the hottest setting on the Oxford ones a bit too much.

I would say for 3 season riding the KTM ones are adequate, now and again I wish it had another higher setting, but this did not stop me buying them for my new 1290.

If your primarily interested in cost or heat then the Oxford are the better buy.
