Heated seats.

Ah, that's annoying that it's out of warranty.
Like others have said, I'd disconnect and reconnect them (but I would be surprised if that made any difference. I can't imagine the odds of both seat connectors being contaminated enough to stop them working).
In your time of ownership, have they ever worked?
My seat (the front one) takes a VERY long time to warm up.

Yes they have. I’ll investigate further when I get time. I presume that if I can get a circuit trough the plug the heating element is working. JJH

Update. Took seats off checked them and found them to be working. Spoke to dealer and bought bike in. Problem with wireing. Now sorted. Foc. It’s a help when you can do little things yourself. JJH
