Can anyone tell me if you can if it’s possible to remove the locks on these cases and get a key cut to suit. The locks are unlocked, which I’m assuming helps a bit? Thank you.

Yes it is. At the base of the rotating lock barrel there is a lock-in tab which has to be depressed so that the barrel can be withdrawn. Once the barrel is removed it is possible to recode the locks by swopping the tabs around. This will enable the lock barrel to be coded to your key. So no need to get a key cut.
Are these not coded to the bike key already?
