Well, after getting some advice on here for which dealerships to go to for a decent deal I finally pulled the trigger on a new R1250GSA TE. Really excited to pick it up but decided to wait a week so that I can get it on a 19 plate, it would be silly not to.

Really look forward to some decent rides and some adventures on the new beast. Coming from Ducati 899 Panigale, ZZR 1400, GSXR, etc. it will be quite a change but I think it will be all positive!

Thanks for the help everyone that replied to my posts or PM'd me. :)

Well wear, You will be amazed by the road view once perched up high.
Good viability will give you more consistent progress.
Real world your new steed will be faster than your 899 Panigale.

I’ve got a ‘19 waiting in the garage.

Covered it up trying not to notice it. Torture.

Not a BM though, proper bike

Borrow trade plates

That's actually what happened with mine because the salesman wanted it out of the showroom and I wanted to get the plastics off to get wrapped to protect them a bit. Haha. So I have the bike with me at work today, a fortnight before I officially have it registered and collect it. :clap:clap

Thanks for all the cracking comments as well guys, I've thoroughly enjoyed riding it yesterday and today but it's been more urban and still have to break it in so nothing too exciting. Cracking bike though with the heated grips, cruise and great weather protection. :)
