Hi all, have just signed up with site but been dipping in and out for a while now. Just a small query i need help with. I have an 1150 gs at the moment but am thinking of changing to a 650 dakar. Fool I hear you say, but family circumstances dictate a budget cut. I want to know if the 650 has a clock as not knowing the time whilst riding is a real pain.

yes it has a "clock" like the 1150.and no not a foolish change of bike

Yup its got a little LCD clock just under the Speedo and Rev dials. It is however unusual to find a 650 owner who's clock is accurate and they seem to run a little fast which might just be a design element to make sure you never turn up late

Accurate ? I'd settle for 'working'.
Anyone else got a busted clock ? Mine shows just a few of the lcd segments, looks like its telling the time with hieroglyphics.
