Not a BMW dealer I know, but I bought my 1150 from them with the minimum of fuss, they had it up for a very realistic price. They let me take it out on a decent test ride and when I decided to buy they had the bike ready in a couple of days.
One slight downside was the bike had a duff battery, I had the ABS lights flashing alternately so I had to take out the battery and found that one cell was dry, charged it and the lights still flashed, went back to the Kawasaki Centre and they changed the battery without a quibble.
I can't recommend them highly enough, I went back and bought a new lid and jacket from them and their service is superb.
Chatting to another rider outside with a new ZX10R and he told me that he has been buying bikes from them for 27 years which must be a recommendation in itself
