I haven't delt with them but had a look at the kit they supplied at the Munich show a couple of years ago and was impressed.
I believe they are an old and well established firm and they all spoke excellent english so telephone / e mail enquiires shouldn't be a problem.

MiGSel Siebenrocked his R80 g/s to make it an R100 g/s - goes like stink now so their stuff works !!

Mine also 'Siebenrocked' to 1000cc..and it's faster than everyone elses

Only when it's upright and the wheels are in contact with the ground
they reply to emails in English.
oredered a couple of things from them.
not impressed with the quality of the g/s solo seat and rack they sent me.
so have sent it back. they were ok with that
