Is there a stop off point, sort of base camp near Cadiz, Gibraltar where boikers can re-adjust themselves and their tackle before leaping off into Morocco?

Thinking in terms of english speaking, biker friendly b&b where welding, luggage etc can have a last minute check before the big off...?
