A 300 mile route starting in downtown Houston then around the "Texas Independance Trail"
The Birthplace of Texas, "Independance"
Another shot.
Just before I took this shot, 8 Corvettes from the Houston Vette club flew down this road.
Having a GPS helps find these little roads that normally I would ride right by.
At the end of the road was this little church.
Another GPS found trail.
At the end of this one wasn't a church but there was this.
It was over 103'F that day so I headed back towards Houston via Montgomery. Searching for a place to eat and drink, I found "Papa's on the Lake"
I told you it was hot.
I wanted to help find what she was looking for but Mamma was there!
One out in the carpark - "Big Dog"
