Oil leak

I discovered I had an oil leak recently and initially thought I'd over filled it when topping it up but after having a closer look and running it with the covers off I've discovered oil seeping from the seam at the top of the oil tank.

Anyone else had this and if so, can it be repaired?

Whilst I was looking at this I also discovered fuel leaking on top of the tank. On closer inspection the fuel return pipe had started to crack on the inside but chopping a bit off the end sorted it.

Given the fact that I've had this thing about 2 months and so far had the fork seals go, a rear puncture, the rear brake pads fall apart and now this it's starting to become a liability. Makes my VFR seem sublime in comparison but it does have 'character'.
