So who else has lost the end of their side stand?

Not yet, but it's working off it........
This side stand has got to be one of the poorest efforts I have ever seen on an enduro bike, it really is p!ss poor!
And that fecking suicide spring......... these Euro rule makers are baffoons.

Smear of Silicon Sealant & a self tapping screw in place of the original rivet will hold it in place.
Is there anything else i need to do prior to other parts falling off and losing them?

locktide the screwws that connect the + and - from the battery.
check the bolts from the subframe.
That's what the dealer said.
I would ducktape the fuelcap cover tot the seat, thats the part that lies somewhere in the woods in holland....
I also ducktape the air intake on the inside of the right side panel, so no watter or dirt can splash against the side panel en drips in the air intake.
The gashandle throttle cable is from out the box very loose, ik could turn a lot before the engine come alive.
so i thightent it up a bit.
And check youre static sag out of the box this was 50 mm, and the suspension was not as it says in the manual.
