Yep... me and Mr K will be starting from near Ashby de la Zouche on Fri afternoon... it all depends on what time Chris gets to ballistic towers.
Route will involve the Fosse Way etc., down to below Taunton, before heading across to the venue... no motorways whatsoever :clap
It's an hour and a half and 19 miles longer than taking the motorways... but not mind & bum numbing :thumb

So, if you want to join us, I can send you a text when we start out and meet at an arranged point along the way.

Book in

Booked a while ago she never asked for any money at the time do you think I am still booked in? As it is a kid free weekend we should be on bikes hopefully still need to get mine on the road and see how my riding goes.
Just looked at the offroad bit now he has a new toy I am wondering what we will be on once he see's what is happening over the weekend!

No. For camping no need to pre pay. She gave me the option. So will pay on arrival !:aidan

IS there an attendees list, am I on it (I live locally so don't need to camp but might for the social if there is space on the day) and does it matter? :blagblah

I'm meeting-up with Ballistic as in his post on the previous page. I'd like to get to the meeting point by noon as I guess we've 5 hours or so riding as we're avoiding motorways, to get to the event by 5pm and in the pub by about ten past>

Mr and Mrs Beano in the Wobbley Box.

Mr and Mrs Littlele800gs are also booked in with there caravan as we are towing it!

See you there:beer:

We are arriving Thursday and doing the 4 nights.

No

and it will be great to see you in the pub fri, sat and sun evening and I would guess that any rides will head out 10ish :thumb2

Pub (which one?) Saturday and I'll bring a tent ... now I have to order TKCs for my KTM and fit them ... what could go wrong :)

PS Should anyone be thinking about bringing a F650GS and need some TKCs then let me know - we have a set of used but serviceable ones free to a good home.

Hey Ross, You have a PM, but I just thought I'd add that if you want help fitting the TKCs to the KTM and you don't mind doing it on the campsite, let me know and I'll bring some of my kit and give you a hand. :thumb2

Val.

I've no idea on the numbers coming as, other than those that have posted on this thread, no-one's let me know. It's not a problem as the weekend's as simple as i could make it. Book in with Zena, turn up, socialise and enjoy, head home.
For those that are interested in walking, with the weather permitting, i'm looking at offering a shorter saturday walk above Wimbleball Lake, allowing time to mooch around Dulverton for and after lunch; and the big walk on the sunday. If only one of the days is going to have really good weather, then we'll walk the big one on that day.
I'll get an idea of the forecast nearer the time and organise to suit.

Please note, I do need the walkers to PM me if you're doing the big one, so i know numbers for booking in to the pub for lunch.
