Waterford or Wexford, old photo rally location, was there about 5 years ago, surprised its still standing, ill hazzard a guess that the Board of Works are waiting for storms to damage old ruins like this in so that they can be knocked down, reckon little or no cash has been put into the preservation of many of these historical buildings over the past 20 years
