Are they kosher?
I ordered Klim Badlands jacket from them 2 weeks ago and, despite it being 'in stock' according to their website still no sign, no email, no response to emails sent nor to website contacts.
called them on Tuesday and they were dispatching it that day. Never turned up
Called them this morning and they needed to 'check something' and promised to end an email within 2 hrs. 3 hrs later - nothing
Called multiple times since and there's no answer.
All seems rather fishy.
